About Requesting a Session with our Online System

- Please Read Before Clicking Below!

We are happy to offer online booking for our counseling/therapy providers by clicking the link near the bottom of the page, but please note the following about online requests for appointments.

  • Note that if a therapist is listed as not accepting new clients, then established clients can still book with that therapist, but first-time clients will need to select another provider. See here for full therapist directory. Openings for therapists can be noted by the ring color, examples here:


  • You can use our online scheduler to request/cancel appointments if they are at least 24 hours or more in advance. If you want to request/cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you need call our office and leave a voicemail at the extension of the therapist you are trying to reach. Please note that late cancelation fees typically apply to sessions canceled with less than 24 hour notice, though exceptions are made for rare, unexpected emergencies and/or illness. 

  • The Counseling/Therapy providers with Haven only provide counseling/therapy & supervision and cannot prescribe medication. For any medication needs, click here for our psychiatry/medication management partners.     


  • Currently, all of our Counseling/Therapy providers are not contracted with most health insurance plans and payment for sessions is due on the day of the appointment. The counseling fees for our providers can be found on their profile pages. All of our counseling/therapy providers can provide a super-bill for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Also, all of our counseling providers do maintain an allotment of scholarship rated availability in their schedules to serve those who have need of assistance through our scholarship fund, you can request a reduced rate session by clicking here for our scholarship request form.


  • If you request a first-time counseling/therapy appointment online, we like to be able to give you a phone call before confirming the appointment to collect some additional information and to make sure that we can provide the services for which you are looking. When requesting a first-time appointment then, please make sure you provide a phone number where you can be easily reached.
