Reagan is a mental health professional who works with children, teens, families, couples, and individuals. It takes courage to intentionally seek help during life’s tough phases and circumstances. In her work, Reagan desires to honor and respect your courage, and in her counseling she strives to offer hope, honest insight, and individualized approaches. Reagan's counseling style is a blend of compassionate listening and direct communication, in which she seeks to prepare and equip clients with healthy responses to times of stress, anxiety, grief, depression, transition, and mental health valleys. Reagan desires to approach therapy holistically, viewing each person as having both a unique history and future potential growth.

In working with others, Reagan's aim is to create partnerships based in trust,  where you can collaborate with her in creating new opportunities for real-life application, with balanced coping skills and goals, connected to your resources of support and rooted in your personal strengths.

Reagan believes in the power of building, maintaining, and mending relationships – within self, families, and couples. She works with a combination of therapy modalities; such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Play Therapy (PT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); all rooted in attachment and family systems. She approaches each person's situation through a distinctive lens in order to offer encouragement for self-discovery and empowerment, while identifying mindset patterns, practicing truthful feedback, and fostering personal stability and resiliency.

Reagan’s professional background includes a MS degree in Counseling with a School Counseling concentration, which she completed in 2004 from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Reagan had the honor of serving as a School Counselor for 15 years, as well as a school consultant/presenter since 2015. Recently, Reagan completed add-on coursework in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in order to meet qualifications in the state of Tennessee licensure application as a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP). She completed her mental health internship with Jones Family Counseling Center, through Johnson University, before joining the clinical staff at Haven Counseling Center in 2021. Reagan is currently completing her post-graduate licensure hours under the supervision of Jodi Clark, MA, LPC-MHSP-AS.

Personally speaking, Reagan believes that her relationships with her husband and their two sons are her true life’s work and inspiration. Throughout her career, Reagan has found that the wisdom and awareness she gains from her own family helps provide grace and humility as she approaches the clients with whom she is privileged to work. Reagan enjoys spending time with friends and family, being active outdoors, and reading books on her patio.
